Full description
Set off on an incredible adventure suitable for the whole family, Canyoning in the Sesia Gorges in Piedmont.
You will put yourself to the test on a fantastic aquatic route of about 3 hours, including toboggans, dives and natural slides. In an easy and thrilling descent, you will find yourself immersed in the unspoilt nature of Valsesia.
If this is your first canyoning experience, don't worry! You will be in the company of certified guides, to ensure your comfort and safety. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is at the centre of Scopa, in the province of Vercelli. On arrival, we will be welcomed by the guide, who will give us a quick briefing on the activity and the safety rules to be adopted.
The guide will also provide us with thenecessary equipment (included). Afterwards, a minibus will take us to the embarkation point of the chosen stretch of river, about 2/3 km away. Once we arrive, the adventure begins!
The route is easy, but exciting, and is suitable for first-timers, with natural slides, jumps and dives into crystal-clear pools of water. We will venture through picturesque gorges carved by water and beautiful waterfalls in a landscape that will leave us breathless.
At the end of the descent, the minibus will take us back to the centre to conclude the experience with a hot shower in the changing rooms. The activity lasts a total of 3 hours, of which about 2 hours will be spent in the water.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone over the age of 10. It is necessary to be in good health and to know how to swim.
Other information
The activity can be booked from May to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
The centre has fully equipped toilets, showers and changing rooms . Moreover, at the end of the activity, you can stay at the centre and enjoy the green spaces, bar service, barbecue area, volleyball and five-a-side football pitch, foosball table and relaxation areas for sunbathing.
