Canyoning in Val Bodengo on the Boggia stream

Get ready for a water 'plunge' that's very different from the usual!

We welcome you to Val Bodengo, where the Torrente Boggia has created a natural adventure park with smooth slides, crystal-clear pools and waterfalls to tackle with dives and rope descents. A dynamic, exciting experience suitable for everyone, perfect for discovering the discipline of canyoning in total safety, accompanied by a mountain guide.

Two and a half hours of pure fun among rocks, water and adrenaline!

What we will do

The meeting point is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Gordona (SO), where we will meet our guide and the rest of the group. From here we will need to drive about 6 km, after having purchased the day ticket to access the valley road.

Once at the canyoning starting point, we will find a wooden structure that we will use for dressing and preparation. We will receive all thenecessary equipment: wetsuit, harness, helmet and footwear. This will be followed by a briefing on safety and basic canyoning techniques, so that we can tackle the route with awareness and fun.

We will begin our descent between natural slides and waterfalls that become more and more exciting. The route is perfect for learning and practising all the basic canyoning techniques : we will abseil from waterfalls up to 9 metres high, experience adrenalin-fuelled jumps from a height of 7 metres into natural pools and tackle narrow passages in the rock carved out by the water. The beauty of the Val Bodengo will accompany us throughout the adventure, amidst smooth rocks and plays of light in the clear water.

We will conclude the trail after about2½ hours, returning to the meeting point on foot. The experience will last about 3½ hours in total, including briefing, transfer and dressing.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for ages 12 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Swimming skills are required to participate in the activity.

The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first canyoning experience.

Attention! The experience includes a transfer by your own transport. If you plan to reach the meeting point by public transport, please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to request a shuttle service.

The road to the start of the route is subject to a daily ticket of €6.00 per car, which can be purchased on site.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.

The duration of the activity may vary depending on the number and experience level of the participants.

There are no changing rooms on site. We recommend arriving with your swimming costume already on. Any personal items will be stowed and stored in the guide's van.
