Full description
How many shades of blue can you count before you lose track? Among the cliffs of Otranto, you will probably stop counting very soon.
Set sail with us for a 5-hour adventure along the Adriatic side of Salento, where the land ends and the spectacle of wild nature begins. In the company of a professional skipper, you will explore hidden coves and legendary caves, all topped off with a Salento aperitif with local wines and beers.
You won't have to think about anything except choosing the right time for your next dive!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Otranto (LE) . Awaiting us will be the skipper who will accompany us on our excursion to the wonders of the southern coastline. Once on board, we will take our places and begin our navigation, leaving the harbour behind us.
We will sail towards the Baia delle Orte and admire the Punta Palascia lighthouse, the most easterly point in Italy, where the two seas ideally meet. We will then continue to the inlet of Porto Badisco, perfect for our first swimming stop. We will have swimming aids and a snorkelling mask to explore the seabed.
The tour will continue towards the cliffs of Porto Miggiano and the famous Grotte di Castro. During the navigation, the skipper will choose the best spots to anchor so we can swim in crystal-clear waters, far from the crowds on the beaches.
After the dives, it will be time to relax on deck with a typical Salento aperitif (included) . We will taste local products accompanied by native wines and beers, as well as cold drinks. We will also have beach towels and a convenient freshwater shower to rinse off after each swim.
Finally, we will make our way back enjoying the changing coastal profile. We will return to the port of departure after about five hours of touring.

The activity is suitable for all without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but staff can support any passengers with reduced mobility or mobility difficulties in boarding.
The experience is accessible to pregnant women.

The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 6 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is an 8-metre open boat, equipped with a sundeck at the bow, a sofa in the shade, a small table, a freshwater shower and beach towels.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
