Full description
Discover the seabed of the Island of Elba covered with large fans of red gorgonians and yellow sponges. Get ready for a double dive reserved for certified divers: you will be able to admire the walls, shallows and wrecks that follow each other indeep blue water.
You will travel to the favourite destinations of divers from all over Europe to penetrate into ravines, inlets and natural caves where you will find lobsters, scorpion fish, moray eels and other fascinating inhabitants of the Mediterranean.
During the dives, you will be in the company of an expert naturalist guide who will introduce you to the secrets of the underwater world. Also be prepared for an aperitif to be enjoyed on the boat between dives!
What we will do
We will meet in Cavo, a small town on Elba, 45 minutes before the time agreed upon at the time of booking. We will check that we have all the necessary equipment for the dive while the guide gives a detailed briefing about the experience.
We will reach the embarkation point, load the equipment and get on board. After about half an hour of sailing we will have arrived at the point where the first dive will take place. We will put on our equipment with the help of the crew and be ready to dive.
As we discover the seabed we will always stay close to one of our companions to ensure maximum safety. When we reach the most beautiful spots, the guide will stop to give us time to calmly admire the beauty of the seabed and spot lobsters, scorpion fish and moray eels hiding in the underwater cavities. With a bit of luck we will also encounter sunfish, St Peter fish and anglerfish.
As we return to the surface, we will be enveloped by schools of barracuda, snappers and amberjacks. On the ascent, we will find two emergency cylinders and two octopus groups lowered to a depth of five metres that we can use in case we need gas.
We will embark again and set off again towards the second dive site. During the navigation we will be able to admire the beautiful coves and bays along the coast. In the meantime, we will be offered snacks, fruit, snacks and water, which we can enjoy while relaxing in the sun.
After about anhour and a half, we will have reached the second dive site. We will return to the dive centre after about five and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is intended for divers with an Open Water licence or higher, with aminimum age of 10 years.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the activity.
Other information
The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed once at least four participants have signed up.
You must arrive 45 minutes before the time agreed at the time of booking.

If you wish, you can request a private guide for the entire duration of the experience at an additional cost of €60 (on top of the participation fee) , payable on the day. Please contact the guide using the details provided once your booking has been confirmed to let them know your preference.
If there are still places available on board on the day of the experience, any accompanying guests who do not wish to take part in the dives may also board at a cost of €20, payable on the day.
At the end of the experience, you will be given a 20% discount voucher to use for dinner at the Molo Beach restaurant in Cavo.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
