A minfullness instructor and facilitator will help you relax with this SUP and meditation experience in Angera. You will improve your paddling technique, reduce stress and learn to breathe more consciously.
It will be 2½ hours of calm, quiet and serenity!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Angera (VA) . You will be welcomed by the activity organiser, who will accompany you on this SUP adventure with meditation. This will be an exclusive experience, during which the instructor and mindfulness facilitator will dedicate himself to you.
Together with him, you can choose how to make use of your time, depending on your needs: you can learn or improve your paddling technique, focus mainly on breathing to let go of stress, or get familiar with the water if you are afraid of it.
For example, the activity could start with a lesson on the beach to learn basic SUP paddling technique and some breathing and awareness exercises. Then it could continue with a guided paddle to the islet Partegora, a small natural jewel of Lake Maggiore, which is said to have inspired the scientist Alessandro Volta in his research. With its flora and the discreet presence of wildlife, the islet offers the perfect setting to stop, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of nature with a water meditation practice.
The activity will last about 2½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Children up to 11 years of age will participate in the experience by sharing a board with an adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first experience of SUP and meditation. It can be experienced individually or in pairs.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to August.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Personal items and valuables can be left with the organiser, who will store them in a waterproof bag.
Mobile phone use is not permitted during the experience for reasons of safety and involvement; the instructor will not fail to take digital photos and videos of participants.
Dogs are not allowed to participate in this activity.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
