Experiencing the sunset in the Cinque Terre is a moment of unforgettable magic. Treat yourself to this experience with a private tour on board a typical gozzo: you will leave from La Spezia in the company of a skipper and sail for 4 hours to discover Porto Venere and the colourful villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
You will visit caves and hidden coves, swim in crystal-clear waters, and enjoy an aperitif with typical products on board while the sky turns red and orange. Are you ready to dive into beauty?
What we will do
We will meet at 19.00 at the port of La Spezia. We will be welcomed by the skipper who will take us on a discovery of the Cinque Terre. After boarding the gozzo for our exclusive use, we will start sailing towards Le Grazie, a small fishing village of colourful houses overlooking the Gulf of Poets.
The next stop will be Porto Venere, with the Church of San Pietro dominating the outline of the village from the top of a rocky spur. Here we will also be able to admire Byron's Grotto, a narrow inlet between the walls of Porto Venere Castle and the Church of San Pietro. The cave owes its name to the famous English poet, who drew inspiration from it to set one of his poems.
After leaving Porto Venere behind, we continue along the coast towards the Cinque Terre. The villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore will appear to us from the sea with their colourful, tall, narrow houses. The light of sunset will soften their profiles, making these places, if possible, even more enchanting.
There will be two stops for swimming: one at Le Rosse bay and another at Le Nere bay, to swim and relax together.
We will toast together to the magic of these moments with an aperitif of typical Ligurian products: cold cuts, focaccia, rice and vegetable cakes and pesto, all accompanied by non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (aperitif included in the fee).
At the end of the excursion we will return to the port of departure. The total duration of the activity will be 4 hours.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The excursion is bookable from mid-April to the end of October, every day, and is intended for private groups of up to 8 participants.
The boat used for the tour is a 7.5 m long gozzo, equipped with an awning, sundeck, cushions, ladder, fridge bar and emergency equipment.
During the experience, an aperitif (included) will be served with cold cuts, focaccia, rice and vegetable cakes, pesto and a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. The menu may vary depending on the season and availability. In case of food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers after booking confirmation.
Dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. On request, it is possible to reserve a parking space for a fee: please contact the organisers after booking confirmation.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
