Discover the beauty of the Syracuse countryside with a horseback ride tailored for experienced riders. Spend 3 hours immersed in nature, where you can test all your skills in the saddle.
Ride at a leisurely pace along open country roads through olive groves, orange groves and almond trees. Trot through a unique landscape, framed by mountains in the distance and monasteries.
Finally breathe in the warm and relaxed atmosphere of southern Sicily as you gallop under the supervision of your guide.
It will be an unforgettable experience!
What we will do
We will meet at the riding school in Syracuse at the time chosen during the reservation (arrive 15 minutes before!).
After meeting our guide and the horses that will accompany us on the excursion, we will mount the saddle to begin the activity.
We will ride along flat stretches and more slippery paths, ideal for those already familiar with horses. Passing through a golf course, we will ride into the open countryside surrounding the city of Syracuse.
Amidst olive groves, orange and almond trees we will proceed at a walking pace, with some stretches at a trot and a gallop, admiring the panorama framed by mountains in the distance and old monasteries, which lend a unique atmosphere to this experience.
We will return to the stables after 3 hours of horse riding.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at those who already have experience on horseback, with familiarity in the 3 gaits (stride, trot and gallop). The minimum age is 14 years.

Activities take place all year round, every day.
The riding school can be reached by car but not by public transport: a shuttle service can be booked on request at an extra cost. To request it, contact the guide (his contact details will be sent to you by e-mail with the booking confirmation).
The riding is English style.
