If you are an experienced rider and wish to see Ascoli Piceno from a new perspective, our horseback ride is the experience you have been looking for.
Together with an equestrian guide, you will ride along dirt paths immersed in nature, in perfect harmony with the animal. You will also admire spectacular landscapes, such as the irregular profile of the Sibillini Mountains.
On your return to the stables, you can also enjoy a tasting of typical products. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected when booking at the farm in Ascoli Piceno. We will be welcomed by an equestrian guide who, after a 5/10 minute briefing, will accompany us on the ride.
We willride for about 2 hours along a route immersed in nature and full of wonderful panoramic views. We will be able to admire Ascoli Piceno and the Sibylline Mountains from Gran Sasso to Monte Sibilla from above.
On returning to the farm, we will be offered a tasting of typical products (included). It will include Ascoli olives PDO, wine (one bottle of wine for every 4 people), local cold cuts and cheeses with a focus on the territory.
The activity will last about 3 hours in total, 2 of which will be dedicated to horse riding.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is only suitable for those with previous experience on horseback, as it requires intense physical exertion and familiarity with riding. If you have never ridden a horse or are a beginner, we recommend the one-hour horseback ride with tasting.
The minimum age required to participate is 14.
Other information
The activity can be booked from March to October on the days indicated in the calendar.
You can request to do the hike in the Mountain Trail version, which involves overcoming various natural obstacles. Let the guide know after the booking confirmation (you will receive contact details by e-mail).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
