Full description
Do you know where the 'fiercest' stretch of the Arno is located? A stone's throw from Arezzo, where (as chance would have it) this very rafting descent takes place!
Listen to the guide's commands, practise your ability to work together in a group and complete an exciting 1.5-hour ride through natural rapids and panoramic views.
What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Colle di Val d’Elsa (SI). The guide will be there to welcome us and provide us with the equipment.
From the meeting point, we’ll take a shuttle bus to the embarkation point in the Val d’Elsa Park, where we’ll attend a technical briefing before setting off on our rafting adventure!
We’ll paddle along a very calm stretch of river, dotted with green landscapes and scenic stops. The most spectacular of all will be the spot just below the Diborrato Waterfalls, where we’ll also have the chance to go for a swim.
The trip will end after an hour’s rafting in San Giorgio. From here, we can make our own way back to the meeting point with a 15-minute walk along the SentierElsa.
The activity will last approximately one and a half hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 8. Minors may participate with the signed authorisation of a parent.
