Full description
Put on your snowshoes and immerse yourself in an enchanted landscape, where the silence of the snow mingles with the laughter of your children.
This 2-hour snowshoe hike is perfect for families with children aged 5 and up: in the company of an expert Alpine Guide, you will explore the wonderful surroundings of Bardonecchia, paying attention to the fauna and the tracks left by animals.
There will also be moments of fun, with games in the snow and unforgettable slides. What magic!
What we will do
The meeting point is Bardonecchia (TO), 15 minutes before 10:00 am. Here we will be met by our Alpine Guide or Environmental Hiking Guide, who will give us snowshoes and poles (included) and accompany us on this hike.
We will then move on to Pian del Colle or Jafferau using the car or the cable car (not included and to be paid for locally), to the starting point of the chosen route. Immersed in the heart of the upper Susa Valley, we will be able to admire the panorama surrounding Bardonecchia: majestic peaks and whitewashed valleys will make us feel like we are inside Father Christmas's village!
Once there, we will have fun playing in the snow, sliding and laughing together, while observing the life of the forest , which even in winter comes alive with its secrets. Who knows, maybe we might spot some curious animals or discover the tracks of a fox in the snow!
At the end of the outing, we will return together to the meeting point for farewells. The duration of the activity will be about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 5. For the same price and by requesting it in advance, it is also possible to organise it with younger children (3-4 years old) if the weather conditions are favourable and the children are used to the outdoors.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
The activity is bookable from December to April and is confirmed on reaching a minimum of 5 participants.
In the case of large groups, participants will be accompanied by several guides.
The gondola is not included and is priced at €11 per round trip.
Dogs are not allowed on the experience.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
