The Salento coast is a picture-perfect setting!
Get ready to step onto the set, because in Gallipoli you can go snorkelling in the turquoise waters and relax on a traditional fishing boat.
You can also explore the seabed around Punta Pizzo and Sant’Andrea Island, whilst enjoying an aperitif on board. So, are you in?
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Gallipoli (LE). The skipper will be there to welcome us aboard the gozzo.
We’ll set sail from Gallipoli and begin our cruise along the coastline of the historic centre as seen from the sea, admiring its walls and the crystal-clear waters surrounding the town.
Our first stop will be at the Punta Pizzo nature reserve, where we can take a dip and go snorkelling using the equipment available on board for around 30 minutes. We’ll then set sail again towards Sant’Andrea Island, where we’ll make a second stop in the water for about 30 minutes.
We’ll also relax with an aperitif on board, featuring savoury nibbles, focaccia and local specialities, accompanied by prosecco, fruit juices, soft drinks, seasonal fruit and traditional sweets.
The experience will conclude with our return to the meeting point and will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The trip takes place from June to September and is confirmed once a minimum of two participants have signed up.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, at the captain’s discretion.
The boat used is the Victoria, a vintage gozzo restored entirely from wood, 8. 50 metres long, featuring a spacious shaded cockpit, a sun deck with cushions, a boarding ladder with a convenient gangway, a shower, toilets and snorkelling equipment on board. You must remain barefoot on board.

Dogs are permitted on board, subject to prior notification to the organisers so they can check with the other participants.
On-site, there is paid parking at the port of Gallipoli and free parking approximately 500 metres away. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
