There is nothing more relaxing and evocative than a horseback ride at sunset immersed in the mountain landscapes of theAlpe Cimbra in Trentino.
Accompanied by our horse-riding guides, you will ride on scenic trails within aprotected natural area, surrounded by native flora and fauna and breathe fresh, clean air.
During the ride you will stop at Maso Spilzi to enjoy a tasty aperitif with typical products and a glass of Trento DOC wine. What better conclusion to an unforgettable afternoon?
What we will do
We will meet at 5 p.m. at the stables in Folgaria (loc. Carpeneda). Here we will meet our equestrian guide and after getting to know our companions and an introductory briefing, we will be ready to set off on our horse trekking.
We will cross meadows and paths that will gradually turn the hues of sunset and explore the Ecken Biotope, a natural oasis inhabited by a wide variety of animal and plant species that make it a rich and botanically diverse environment.
We will continue on to Maso Spilzi, a unique and original example of an alpine settlement, where we will rest the horses and enjoy an excellent aperitif of typical Trentino products accompanied by a glass of Trento DOC.
After enjoying this moment of relaxation, we will get back on our horses to continue the trail and return to the stables at around 19:30. The activity will last a total of about 2 and a half hours, of which at least 1 full hour on horseback.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is of an easy level, but it is still necessary to know the basics of horse trekking. The minimum age required is 14 years.

The activity takes place every Saturday from May to September/October and is confirmed upon reaching 2 participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
