What comes to mind when you think of Tuscany?
The postcard-perfect landscape and a glass of Chianti. And that is exactly what awaits you when you participate in our horseback ride in the province of Pisa: together with our equestrian guide, you will ride through the scenic Tuscan hills enjoying the panoramic view over the Valdarno plain.
An experience lasting over 1 hour, ending with an unfailing aperitif!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Santa Colomba, a hamlet of Bientina (PI) . On site, we will meet the equestrian guide who will lead us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the horse. We will then mount the saddle and learn or brush up on the basics of riding; the guide will not fail to provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. This moment lasts approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride through the hilly scenery of the province of Pisa, venturing into the open countryside and woods. Along the way, we will encounter a small lake, admire Monte Serra and the Valdarno Inferiore plain. The horseback ride lasts about one hour.
Finally, we will return to the meeting point, where an aperitif will be waiting for us: if the morning departure is selected, we will toast with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink accompanied by classic savoury snacks; if the afternoon departure is selected, we will toast with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink accompanied by cold meats, cheeses, sandwiches and other snacks, depending on the availability of the day.
The experience lasts a total of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 120 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride. The guide leads on horseback. The walk takes place at pace; experienced riders may request to practice other gaits at the guide's discretion.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

Dogs are allowed: if they are used to them, they will follow the horseback ride otherwise they will remain in the stable. Contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to inform them of the presence of your four-legged friend.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
