An aperitif in the countryside has a whole different flavour.
You can experience it for yourself by joining our horse ride in Casaletto Lodigiano: accompanied by an equestrian guide, you’ll ride through a natural setting dotted with cultivated fields and canals.
And at the end, an aperitif to raise a glass with your fellow adventurers!
What we will do
We’ll meet 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Casaletto Lodigiano (LO). Once there, we’ll meet the riding guide who’ll be accompanying us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll be given our equipment and get kitted out. We’ll then get to know the horse assigned to us, mount up and learn the basics of horse riding. This part takes about 15 minutes.
And now we’re ready for our horse ride:
- 1-hour route: we’ll venture out into the surrounding countryside, riding through cultivated fields in a variety of shades.
- 1½-hour or 2-hour route: we’ll venture into the surrounding countryside, riding through cultivated fields of varying hues and skirting the Cavo Marocco, a canal leading to a dam.
We’ll then return to the meeting point, where an aperitif will be waiting for us: a selection of cold cuts and baked goods accompanied by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.
The experience lasts a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes, 2 hours and 15 minutes or 2 hours and 45 minutes, depending on the route selected.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for those aged 14 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to the meeting point.
To take part, participants must weigh no more than 130 kg and be able to mount and dismount the horse unaided.
The experience is classified as easy and is ideal as a first horse ride. The guide leads the way on horseback. The ride takes place at a walk, but experienced riders may ask to try other gaits at the guide’s discretion.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.
The aperitif can take place either before or after the horse ride.

Dogs are allowed at the riding centre, where they must remain for the duration of the experience: please contact the guide using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know your four-legged friend will be joining you.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
