Join our horse ride in Ginestra Fiorentina: accompanied by an equestrian guide, you’ll ride through the picture-postcard landscape of Chianti until you reach a local winery. Here you’ll sample the finest wines, accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses.
A 3-hour experience, with an authentic Tuscan flavour!
What we will do
Please arrive 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Ginestra Fiorentina, a hamlet in the municipality of Lastra a Signa (FI) . Once there, we’ll meet the riding guide who’ll be accompanying us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered and the equipment has been handed out, we’ll proceed to be assigned our horses. We’ll help prepare the horse: we’ll clean, brush and saddle the animal, getting to know our new adventure companion. We’ll then mount up for the riding lesson, during which we’ll learn the basics of the sport. This part lasts about 30 minutes.
And now we’re ready for our horse ride: we’ll set off into the stunning natural setting of Chianti, riding through a picture-postcard landscape dotted with vineyards. After about 45 minutes, we’ll reach the winery where we’ll enjoy a wine tasting (and more) : we’ll tour the winery and taste four wines, accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses.
Back in the saddle, we’ll then ride back to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of around 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is open to participants aged 18 and over.
To take part, you must weigh no more than 98 kg.
The experience is easy and suitable as a first horse ride. The guide leads the way on horseback and the ride takes place at a walking pace. If you are an experienced rider and can demonstrate that you know at least one gait, you are entitled to a discounted rate which excludes the introductory riding lesson: please contact us to submit a booking request for experienced riders.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
