Take part in our horseback ride in Cagliari: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through the scenery of the Molentargius Park, a natural oasis dotted with salt pans inhabited by cute pink flamingos.
An experience of over 1 hour, with (rich) tasting of local products!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in the locality of Medau Su Cramu in Cagliari (CA). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure on horseback!
Once all participants have gathered and handed over their equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the steed. We will then mount the saddle and learn the basics of horseback riding; the guide will provide all the necessary information for a carefree experience. This will last approximately 15 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride on dirt tracks in the beautiful setting of the Molentargius Park, a short distance from the heart of Cagliari. We will ride in a natural oasis, with views of the salt pans populated by cute pink flamingos! The guide will follow the group on horseback or on land with a longhorn, depending on the age or need of the individual participants. The horseback ride will last 1 hour.
We will then return to the meeting point where a tasting of typical products will be waiting for us: mixed starters (cheese, ham or sausage), first course (malloreddus) and second course (roast suckling pig or sheep) accompanied by water and house wine. To toast in company to this adventure and to Sardinia!
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 6. Generally, children up to the age of 10 are led by the guide on the ground with a harness. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place throughout the year.
Any personal items can be left in the riding hall.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport but can be reached by taxi.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
