Experience a2-hour horse riding adventure in the magical Casentino Valley!
As you ride along green paths, you will be surrounded by chestnut and silver fir forests that offer shelter to roe deer, red deer, fallow deer and hares. Every step your horse takes among these green giants will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale.
And to end on a high note, a local aperitif!
What we will do
We will be at the riding school in Pratovecchio Stia, in the province of Arezzo. On our arrival, the equestrian guide will welcome us and take us to meet the splendid horses of the riding school, already saddled and ready to go out for a ride. Before leaving, the guide will explain the basic techniques for handling the horse in a 15-20 minute briefing inside the riding school.
Afterwards, we will begin the walk of about 1.5 hours immersed in the typical landscape of the Casentino Valley. We'll be surrounded by chestnut and silver fir forests typical of the Casentino and, with a bit of luck, we'll be able to spot local fauna such as roe deer, red deer, fallow deer, and hares. We will ride along easy paths keeping awalking pace, which will allow us to fully enjoy the landscape.
Finally, we will return to the meeting point where we will find a local aperitif waiting for us: cold meats, cheeses and other specialities including the "grigio" of Casentino, accompanied by prosecco and non-alcoholic drinks.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 14. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the riding hall.
A maximum weight of 95 kg is required to participate in this activity. No horse riding experience is necessary.

The activity can be booked all year round.
The riding is English-style.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
