Ready for a little escape from the routine?
Hop into the saddle and ride with us for a2-hour horseback ride through the trails of the Perugia countryside. In the company of an equestrian guide, you'll ride along dirt tracks past olive groves and lush vineyards.
And what could be better after a bit of exploring? A gourmet stop, of course! At the halfway point, you can enjoy breakfast in an elegant Gambero Rosso award-winning bar in Agello.

What we will do
We will meet at the riding school in Perugia, where we will meet the equestrian guide.
After picking up the horses from the paddock, we will familiarise ourselves with them and hold a short briefing, in which we will be explained how to mount and manage the horse during the ride.
After this introductory phase, we will leave the stables and head towards Agello, where we will have breakfast. We will ride mainly on dirt and flat paths, between fields of olive trees and rows of vines, and will only face a few asphalt crossings.
After about half an hour on horseback we will have arrived at the Molino Centumbrie bar in Agello, awarded 'Bar of the Year 2021' by Gambero Rosso. We will dismount from our horses to enjoy a hot drink and an artisan croissant (breakfast is included in the fee).
After a pleasant break in company, we will climb back into the saddle. On the return journey, which will also take about half an hour, we will be able to admire the landscape with the villages of Mugnano and Castiglione della Valle in the distance and listen to the guide's stories about these magnificent places.
Between briefing, breakfast and walk, the activity lasts a total of 2 hours.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
