These are the ingredients of our horseback ride in Foligno: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will undertake a panoramic route with views of Montefalco and Assisi. An opportunity to rediscover contact with nature, animals and the territory.
An experience lasting over 1 hour, with a typical aperitif included!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Serra Bassa, in the municipality of Foligno (PG). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Once all the participants have gathered, we will proceed to saddle up and learn the basics of horse riding. This first moment, lasting around 20 minutes, will allow us to get acquainted with the animal and carry out the experience without any worries.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into the surroundings of the riding school, penetrating the characteristic Umbrian nature. We will take routes in the open countryside or in wooded areas, offering panoramic views of Foligno, Montefalco and Assisi; we will also reach the so-called "Casa del Baffo". At our side will always be the equestrian guide, who will lead the group on their steed.
Finally, we will return to the meeting point where an aperitif of local products such as cold cuts, cheeses, seasonal fruit and rustic cakes will be waiting for us, depending on the availability of the day. The horse ride will last one hour; the total experience will last one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a release form.
A maximum weight of 90 kg is required to participate in the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
