Chianti to drink and to… ride through!
Join our horse ride in the province of Florence: accompanied by an equestrian guide, you’ll venture into the stunning, picture-postcard landscape of Chianti, riding through picturesque vineyards.
A 2-hour experience, rounded off with a toast at the end!
What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Ginestra Fiorentina, a hamlet in the municipality of Lastra a Signa (FI) . The riding guide who’ll be accompanying us on this adventure will be waiting for us there!
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll meet the horses and proceed with the horse allocation. We’ll help prepare the horses: we’ll clean, brush and saddle them, getting to know our adventure companions. We’ll then mount up for a riding lesson, during which we’ll learn the basics of the sport. This will last around 30 minutes.
And now we’re ready for our horse ride: we’ll set off into the stunning natural setting of Chianti, venturing into the woods and riding through the vineyards. A real picture-postcard landscape! The guide will lead the group on horseback, providing constant support.
After about an hour’s ride, we’ll finally return to the meeting point. A toast will be waiting for us: we’ll say goodbye with a glass of wine or a soft drink, accompanied by classic savoury snacks such as crisps, peanuts and olives.
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for those aged 14 and over. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the riding school.
To take part, you must weigh no more than 98 kg.
This is an easy-level experience and is ideal as a first horse ride. If you are an experienced rider and can demonstrate that you know at least one gait, you are entitled to a discounted rate which excludes the introductory riding lesson: please contact us to submit a booking request for experienced riders.

The experience takes place all year round.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
