This and other thoughts will arise as you participate in our horseback ride in the province of Florence: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through the vineyards and olive groves that dot the Chianti region. You will venture into the characteristic village of Poppiano, on the shores of the lake of the same name and spot the castle tower.
A 1. 5-hour experience, dreaming of your life in the Tuscan Middle Ages!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Montespertoli (FI) . Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the horse. We will then saddle up and learn the basics of horse riding; the guide will not fail to provide all the useful information for a carefree experience.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into a beautiful setting dotted with vineyards and olive groves, in the heart of the Chianti region. We will ride through the characteristic village of Poppiano, stroll along the banks of the lake of the same name and dream as we spot the castle tower. The guide leads the group on horseback and the walk takes place at the pace.
The experience will last about 1 ½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 may participate unaccompanied.
A maximum weight of 95 kg is required to participate.
The experience is not suitable for persons with mobility problems.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.
Other information
Important! It is mandatory to comply with the dress code requirement, which requires long trousers and ankle boots or smooth-soled trainers (no heels and no flip-flops) . If the requirement is not met, the experience may not take place at the guide's discretion.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 persons.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
