Discover the heart of Umbria with ahorseback excursion in the Menotre Valley, a natural treasure hidden in the mountains around Foligno, in the province of Perugia.
A local guide will take you on the most beautiful trails, through woods, hills and countryside, far from the smog and traffic of the city.
Spend 2 hours in total tranquillity, regenerate body and mind and experience the unique emotions of equestrian tourism, in the company of a wonderful horse!
What we will do
We will meet at the stables in Foligno (PG), 15 minutes before the time selected when booking. Here the guides will familiarise us with the horses and teach us basic riding techniques, should we be neophytes.
If, on the other hand, we prove that we already have horse riding experience, we can immediately jump into the saddle and set off on our equestrian adventure.
We will ride on quiet country roads, through the woods of theUmbrian Apennines and along the unspoilt paths of the Menotre Valley, named after the river that runs through it. We will be surrounded by green vegetation and can regenerate ourselves thanks to the purifying power of nature.
Thehorseback riding excursion will last about 2 hours in total and will end with a return to the stables.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of an easy level and is suitable for everyone; no horse riding experience is required. Participation is possible from a minimum age of 15 years.
The maximum weight limit for participation in this experience is 90 kg.

The activity is available from March to October and is aimed at groups of up to 4 participants.
