The landscape of Tuscany is a film. Yes, a film like Spirit Cavallo Selvaggio!
Join our horseback ride in Pelago: in the company of a guide, you will venture into the characteristic Tuscan landscape among olive groves and vineyards. And riding in this beautiful natural setting, you will feel like a protagonist in nature's masterpiece.
Saddle up, the show is about to begin!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Pelago (FI). Awaiting us will be theequestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the steed. We will then mount the saddle and learn the basics of horseback riding; the guide will provide all the necessary information for a carefree experience. This will last approximately 15 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride! We will venture into the Tuscan countryside, riding through olive groves and vineyards; the guide will lead the group on horseback and the ride will take place at pace. If the 1½-hour option is selected, we will be able to see the Villa di Altomena; if the 2-hour option is selected, we will also reach Nipozzano Castle.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 1 hour, 1½ hours or 2 hours depending on the option selected.

The experience is suitable from the age of 14.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place all year round.
Dogs are allowed in the stables: they will remain on the premises during the experience. Contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate the presence of your four-legged friend.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. A transfer service is available from Pontassieve railway station at a cost of €10. 00 per person to be paid on site. If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
