But how beautiful is Tuscany?
If you explore it on horseback, even more so: take part in our horseback ride in Sorano, in the beautiful natural setting of the Maremma. In the company of an excursion guide, you will ride through vineyards and olive groves characteristic of the area.
A 2-hour experience, to discover this corner of the region in an original way!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Sorano (GR). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this horseback riding experience!
Once all participants have gathered, there will be a briefing lasting about 10 minutes during which we will be explained the rules of behaviour, the basics of horse riding, and provided with all the information we need to carry out the activity.
We will then climb into the saddle with American riding, one at a time with the support of the guide. When everyone is ready, we will venture out for a ride: we will ride through fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods characteristic of the Maremma. We will also reach vantage points with views of Mount Amiata, Radicofani or Tuscia , depending on the route taken.
After riding for about 8 km on level ground along trails and dirt roads, we will return to the riding stable. The horseback ride will last 1 hour and 45 minutes; the experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 14; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the riding hall.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first horse riding experience.

Attention! Once your booking is confirmed, please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to inform them of the height, weight and experience level of the participants.
The experience takes place from March to December.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Participants do not need to carry rucksacks as any personal items will be stored in special saddlebags.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the riding stables or a tour of nearby Sorano and Pitigliano is recommended. Leashed dogs are allowed at the riding school.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
