Full description
Immerse yourself in nature a few kilometres from Rome with a one-hour horseback ride.
In the company of equestrian guides, you will ride peacefully through the woods of San Gregorio and San Vittorino, at the foot of the Prenestini Mountains. This is an easy excursion, suitable for beginners and those who have never ridden a horse before.

What we will do
We will meet at the riding school in San Gregorio da Sassola, in the province of Rome, where the equestrian guides will welcome us and take us to meet the splendid trained horses.
After a briefing on the activity, where the guides will give us all the necessary instructions on how to handle the horse, we will set off for the ride. We will ride along a hilly route with a maximum height difference of 600 metres.
We will be completely immersed in nature, riding through the woods of San Gregorio and San Vittorino, at the foot of the Prenestini Mountains. We will thus enjoy a moment of relaxation and complete detachment from the city.
Riding horses, we will cross the woods and ride along a series of nature trails, with the two guides positioned at the head and tail of our little caravan.
This is aneasy hike and perfect for those who love horses but have never tried riding these magnificent animals. The walk lasts approximately one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone over the age of 15. No horse riding experience is necessary.

Horse riding takes place all year round, weather permitting.
Helmets are compulsory for minors.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
