A different kind of ride? We have just what you're looking for: get in the saddle for ahorseback ride through the woods of Cerbaie, in the province of Pisa.
Get in tune with your steed and enjoy riding through flowery meadows, rich vegetation and white roads, all in the company of an instructor who will accompany you every step of the way.

What we will do
The meeting point is Orentano, a hamlet of Castelfranco di Sotto (PI), 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
Here we will find our instructor and guide waiting for us, with the horses already saddled and ready for the ride. Before setting off, we will follow a 10-minute briefing in the field to learn the main commands.
Once we have acquired the right trim and stability, we will go for a walk outside the riding stables, riding at pace on dirt tracks for 4-5 km. We will cross part of the Cerbaie woods, a green lung rich in biodiversity and divided between the provinces of Florence, Pisa and Lucca.
In summer, flower meadows and sunflower fields will be another scenic backdrop to our hike. The guide will lead the line on horseback or accompany novice riders on foot.
The walk will last approximately 50 minutes and will conclude with a return to the riding school, while the total duration of the activity will be 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, even without experience, from the age of 14.
Minors may participate alone, but must be accompanied by an adult in the riding hall to sign the release form.
The maximum weight allowed is 100 kg.

The activity takes place all year round.
The mount used is the English one.
Daily insurance is included in the fee: to activate it, you will need to provide the guide with your social security number and send a copy of a document to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
Any accompanying persons may remain at the riding stables during the activity; dogs on a leash are allowed on the premises.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
