Experience a different kind of riding adventure in the heart of Tuscany!
We are waiting for you at Buonconvento, in the Crete Senesi, for a 2-hour ride that will take you to explore the course of the Crevole stream, until you reach the mines of Murlo.
Immerse yourself in an authentic territory, rich in history and nature, with an expert guide at your side. See you in the saddle!
What we will do
We will meet in Buonconvento (SI), 10 minutes before the indicated time.
After being welcomed by our equestrian guide, we will begin with a visit to the paddocks, where we will get to know the horses and discover the characteristics of each one. We will then participate in a briefing of about 20 minutes in which we will be assisted in putting on the saddle and learn the main commands.
After leaving the stables, we will plunge into the green Crete Senesi countryside, with a wide view of the surrounding hills dotted with trees and farmhouses.
We will continue along the course of the Crevole stream, where our horses can dip their hooves in the water, and arrive in the vicinity of the Murlo mines, used since the mid-19th century.
Through woodland paths we will then complete our circular route of approximately 9 km, until we return to the stables.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours, including the briefing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 14. Minors may participate in the activity on their own.
The experience is suitable for people with a minimum of horse riding experience, such as having already ridden in the past.
The maximum weight for participation is 100 kg. After confirming your booking, please inform the guide of your weight to facilitate horse allocation.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the riding stables during the activity; dogs on a leash are allowed on the premises.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. Free parking is available.
