Full description
Come and forget your hectic everyday life for 2 hours by taking part in a wonderful horseback ride.
You will ride in the midst of nature, among vineyards, cypresses and moraine hills of the picturesque Lake Garda.
Set off from Lazise together with an equestrian guide and fall in love with the area.
What we will do
The appointment will be at the time selected when booking at the riding school in Lazise (VR), where we will meet the equestrian guide.
We will be assigned a horse and after a briefing held by the guide to explain techniques for the best handling, we will get on the saddle to learn the basics while staying at the riding school. We will become familiar with the horse and learn how to start, turn and tell the horse how to stop.
We will then be ready to venture out for the ride. We will ride for about 1 ½ hours following a beautiful routeinland from Lake Garda, between the towns of Lazise, Colà and Sandrà.
We will ride through and immerse ourselves in the vineyards typical of the area and the moraine hills, proceeding at a leisurelypace to enjoy the splendid surrounding landscape.
After covering a flat route of approximately 8-10 km and relaxing among the cypresses and vineyards, we will return to the riding school. The activity will last a total of 2 hours, including briefing, riding tour and walk.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 10.
No previous experience is required to participate, and the maximum weight allowed is 90 kg.
Children aged 10 to 14 years will be accompanied on foot by the equestrian guide. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or havesigned authorisation to take part in the ride.
Other information
Caution! To participate in the experience, you are required to wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes without heels. If the clothing requirement is not met, the activity may not take place at the guide's discretion.
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
The type of riding used is English riding. For those who wish, American riding is also available; contact the organiser at the contact details given in the booking confirmation email to request this.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the riding school.
