The most commonly used gait is the walk, while the trot and gallop are used only in itineraries aimed at those who are already experienced. Horseback riding can be practiced year-round, even in the snow. You should always wear closed shoes and long, sturdy pants to avoid irritation from contact and friction. Helmet and technical equipment are provided by the riding school.
The Alto Garda Bresciano Park offers numerous itineraries to enjoy a horseback ride overlooking the lake. Tremosine and Toscolano Maderno are the places from which to set off on trails immersed in the greenery of the protected natural area between the Riviera dei Limoni and the Prealps.
On the borders of Trentino, the town of Arco is the starting point for many outdoor activities, including horseback riding from Alto Garda to the Dolomites. On the Veneto side, too, there are stables and farmhouses with horses that offer excursions for riders of all levels.
Prices for a horseback ride on Lake Garda vary mainly by duration. For example, a 1-hour tour costs 30 euros, while a day trip with lunch included costs 120 euros. A multi-day horse riding experience starts at 500 euros, all-inclusive.

perfect as an experience but there is only a small comment to have a pasienza as a tutor because I booked for 3 but my girlfriend was afraid to continue and in the end she didn't do the ride because it was her first time on a horse and also when I booked it said that there was a snack included but we didn't take anything thank you very much

What can I say, stupendous. Super atmospheric walk in the woods, fortunately the day was cloudy and made it all the more magical. Included in the package we had picnic option, everything delicious, the cake really superlative. We recommend the tasting of the bitter "fruit of Garda" a gem. Staff super friendly and very kind.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful day, she really liked the surprise. The girl was very nice and courteous. The horses fantastic, with the clear and simple explanations we immediately understood how to ride the horses. We'll definitely go back, also to start galloping a bit ;)

We booked the one-hour horseback riding tour, and I must say it was more enjoyable than expected. In fact, the guide took us along different paths in a very quiet part of the country. Very friendly staff and everything as planned

The ride was beautiful among the splendour of olive trees and Lake Garda! The stable is magnificent, the horses super nice and good and our guide top! Super recommended experience we will definitely do it again
