Learn to kayak with a 3-hour course of lessons on theAdige, in the Ceraino area, with expert instructors.
Learn the best paddling techniques and get used to moving with the agile craft along the course of the river, exploiting the current in your favour and overcoming natural obstacles along the way.
Lesson after lesson, you will become increasingly fluid and confident in your navigation and be able to set off on wonderful trips to the lake, river or sea.
What we will do
The course consists of 3 lessons of 3 hours, to be conducted in groups with other participants and experienced instructors. The locations will not always be the same and will be communicated from time to time by the instructor. Students are not required to have any specific experience, as they will start from the basics and progress gradually.
The course will take place on the river Adige, starting on a simple stretch to understand paddling technique and thus begin to become familiar with the water. We will learn the basics of river safety and self-rescue techniques, but above all to understand how to recognise and manage currents before boarding.
The following lessons will be dedicated to learning basic kayak manoeuvres and current management. We will move onto a rougher section of the river to understand how to use the current to our advantage.
We will also do exercises in moving from one side of the river to the other and stopping. The kayaks (included in the fee) are of the polyethylene river type, safe and stable, so they allow the beginner to learn progressively.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone, aged 16 and over. No previous experience is required but you must be in good physical condition.
Other information
This activity can be booked from May to October on the dates indicated in the calendar and is confirmed when there are at least 3 participants.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
