Full description
If you love nature and want anew experience in contact with nature, you cannot miss our kayak tour to the Riviera del Brenta.
You will move through the calm waters of the canal, along the historic route that the Doge of Venice used to take to reach his summer residence. From Fiesso d'Artico you will venture along a 3 km route, simple and suitable even for beginners.
It will be an evocative excursion, during which the instructor will also tell you curious anecdotes to introduce you to the Brenta Riviera from a completely new point of view.
What we will do
The meeting with the instructor is in Stra (VE). On arrival, we will take a short muscle walk of about 10 minutes to Villa Pisani, 500 metres from the starting point. While we loosen up our muscles, the instructor will tell us some interesting facts about this fascinating place before explaining the paddling technique.
At the end of the briefing he will provide us with thenecessary equipment (included) and we will take our places on the kayak, which is stable and suitable even for beginners. We will paddle for about an hour and a half through the calm waters of the Naviglio del Brenta, following the same route taken by the Doge of Venice to reach his summer residence.
Surrounded by ducks, swans, turtles and river birds, we will admire the Venetian Villas and the surrounding landscape, immersing ourselves in the history and natural beauty of this area. Afterwards, we will return by kayak to the starting point.
At the end of the tour we will be given photos and videos of the experience to share with friends. The route is 3 kilometres, and the total duration is about 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 12.
To carry out the kayak tour, participants must be within a weight limit of 90 kg.
Other information
The excursion can be booked from May to October, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.

There are 10 individual kayaks available.
A small dog can be brought along on request. Please notify the guide at the contact details received with your booking confirmation.
