Full description
Do you love horses but have always looked down on them? Now is the time to climb into the saddle and discover the joys of horse riding with a ride suitable even for the less experienced.
Your meeting will take place on a beautiful estate on the outskirts of Siena: here you will take your first steps on horseback after a brief introductory lesson to gain confidence in the saddle.
You'll have an hour and a half to make friends with your steed... and once you've finished, you'll be eager to start again!
What we will do
We will meet at an estate 5 km from Siena, 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Welcoming you will be me, your equestrian instructor, ready to introduce you to the fascinating world of horse riding.
We will begin with a half-hour theoretical and practical lesson in which beginners can approach horses for the first time, safely and with the respect that these animals deserve. If you have never ridden a horse or have limited experience, this first part will help you acquire the basics.
We will then continue with a walk of about an hour inside the estate, immersed in the typical landscape of the Sienese countryside. We will test the skills learned on trails that reproduce some of the situations of equestrian tourism and work on creating a relationship of trust between horse and rider.
During the walk I will take some photos and videos, which I will be happy to share with you in memory of this day.
The activity will last a total of 1.5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is ideal for beginners, without previous riding experience, from the age of 12.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult or present a signed release form.
The maximum weight for participants is 90 kg.
Other information
The activity can be booked all year round and is intended for individual participants or couples, who will have a dedicated equestrian instructor at their disposal.
The ride will take place within the estate's fenced-in grounds; there is no riding outside the estate.
In order to take outinsurance (included), it is necessary to provide the guide with your name and social security number after booking confirmation.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Saddles for English or American riding are available.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
