Full description
You may have seen happy paddlers standing on a board at the sea or lake. Would you also like to enjoy exciting SUP moments on the beautiful Lake Como?
Join us in Dervio for a one-hour Stand Up Paddle lesson and enjoy paddling on the shores of the lake in the company of a qualified instructor.
And you won't just have fun, because SUP has a long list of benefits: it helps you burn calories, trains your leg and arm muscles, increases your level of well-being, reduces stress, improves balance. And we could go on and on!
What we will do
The meeting is at Dervio (LC), on Lake Como, where our instructor will be waiting for us.
Before entering the water, we will be given a life jacket and SUP board made to measure for us (equipment included in the fee), and together we will do a small introductory briefing of about 15-20 minutes.
The instructor will show us how to paddle correctly and how to balance on the board, activating all the right muscles.
Once the theoretical part is over, we will get into the heart of the lesson by moving into the water. In the company of the instructor, we will start paddling by making a small 1.5 km tour of Lake Como along the stretch that washes the municipality of Dervio.
In this way, we will be able to test in the water the notions we have learnt: how to stand on our knees, how to turn and how to paddle. The activity lasts a total of about one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is aimed at everyone from the age of 8.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, just to be comfortable in the water.
Other information
The activity is held from May to September every day of the week.
At the venue, changing rooms, a bathroom, shower and an area for leaving personal belongings are available for participants.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport, while those arriving by car can use the pay car park.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
