Full description
You have multiple passions, between which you can never decide. SUP and Yoga!
Whether you prefer sunrise or sunset, join our Yoga-SUP lesson in the Gulf of Naples. Sail to Villa Lauro Beach or Riva Fiorita Beach, anchor the board and perform the positions indicated by theYoga teacher.
Then return to the meeting point with a SUP instructor for a 2-hour boarding experience!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time, either sunrise or sunset, at the meeting point in Naples (NA).
I, a qualified SUP instructor, will be there to welcome you; I will hand you your board and paddle before we venture into the water. Together we will reach Villa Lauro Beach or Riva Fiorita Beach, one of which will be the backdrop for our SUP lesson.
Once we reach the chosen natural setting, we will anchor the board (which will turn into our yoga mat for the occasion!) and conduct our Yoga lesson in the company of ateacher on board the SUP; the lesson will last 50 minutes.
We will then return to the meeting point on the SUP, for a total experience of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the experience.
Other information
The tour is available from April to November subject to weather and sea conditions.
The experience is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
A changing room with showers and lockers is available at the meeting point.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
