Enjoy a night snowshoe hike on Monte Baldo, walk on fresh snow in the moonlight, let yourself be enveloped in the silence of nature, and experience a truly suggestive experience.
Monte Baldo, on the Veronese side of Lake Garda, is the right place to savour the magical winter atmosphere, made even more exciting by the starry sky and full moon nights.
So put on your snowshoes, rely on our Alpine Guides, wait for the sun to set, and set off on an adventure!
What we will do
The meeting with the Alpine Guide is scheduled at 17:30 at the car park in Novezzina, a hamlet of the municipality of Ferrara di Monte Baldo (VR). Having formed the group and handed over the snowshoes, poles and headlamps, we will have an introductory briefing on the route and safety rules.
Then, snowshoes on our feet, we will set off along one of the paths that from Chalet Novezza climb the slopes of Monte Baldo. The route will not present any technical difficulties; it will be about 2.5 km long with a maximum altitude difference of 200 metres .
Along the route we will be totally immersed in the silence and peace of nature. The only noises we will hear will be our footsteps in the snow and the rustling of the trees.
In total, the activity will last about 2.5 hours.

This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone from 9 years old and up.

Caution! This activity is strictly dependent on weather conditions. The guide will contact you 1 or more days before the activity takes place to confirm feasibility and possible time of the experience after checking the weather report.
This activity can be carried out from December to April, depending on weather conditions, and is confirmed when there are at least 6 participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
