Full description
Put yourself to the test with half a day of outdoor climbing on natural rock in the province of Lecco accompanied by an Alpine Guide.
The activity is suitable for those who want to try this discipline but also for sportsmen who want to improve their climbing technique with the valuable support of an Alpine Guide and Mountaineering Master.
What we will do
We will start from the Casa delle Guide Alpine in Introbio, a historical centre in Valsassina halfway between Lecco and Morbegno.
After an initial briefing to get to know the right climbing equipment (we will provide you with a harness, climbing shoes and helmet), we will choose the most suitable route based on the participants' technical level and weather conditions.
We will climb in complete safety tied with a rope along different lines, learning the triangle progression technique and the moulinette (or top rope).
At the end of the experience, which lasts a total of around 4 hours, it will be possible to have lunch at the various businesses in the vicinity of the Casa delle Guide Alpine (lunch not included in the price).
Who it is aimed at
There are no age limits and no specific physical training is required.
Other information
The necessary material will be provided free of charge by the mountain guides. Different locations may also be considered, depending on the requests of those registered.
It is possible to book the shuttle service from Lecco station to the climbing crag, both on the outward and return journey (5€ extra charge to be paid on site).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
