You definitely know rafting but have you ever heard of packrafting?
It is the 'next level', which we recommend to people who love adventure. Yes, because you will paddle alone in a single raft, braving the waters of the Lima torrent with the constant support of a guide.
A 2-hour experience on the water, between rapids and water games that you will look forward to!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Chifenti (LU). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this packrafting trip!
Once all the participants have gathered, we will be given our clothing; a briefing on its use will follow before proceeding with dressing. We will then board a shuttle that will take us to the activity start point in just 10 minutes.
Here a 40-minute briefing will take place, between explanations on land and trials in the water: the guide will provide us with all the information we need to paddle independently aboard the single dinghy and tackle the waters of the Lima torrent.
And here we are ready to venture into the water, juggling rapids, waterfalls and water games. The level of difficulty of the route will be customised according to the participants: if we want to test ourselves with some more challenging stretches, the guide will know how to accommodate us! Everything will take place in the beautiful natural setting of Tuscany, surrounded by abandoned mills that inhabit the banks of the stream and will act as spectators to our sporting venture.
The shuttle will be waiting for us at the landing place, to take us back to the meeting point. The water experience will last 2 hours; the total experience will last 3 ½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 18.
Swimming skills are required to participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first experience of packrafting but requires good physical fitness as you paddle individually in single dinghies.
Other information
The experience is available from November to June and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
On site there are changing rooms with toilets and showers; any personal items can be left in the centre.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the centre or walk to Bagni di Lucca. Leashed dogs are allowed at the centre.
The membership card is valid for 1 calendar year and allows you to enjoy the same or other experiences at the centre at a reduced rate.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
