Full description
The same emotions as rafting, but experienced solo: with packrafting in Bagni di Lucca, the challenge becomes personal!
On board a single raft, you will face the frothy rapids of the Lima torrent, adrenalin-filled jumps and natural slides for 3 hours of pure adrenaline and fun.
All under the watchful eye of a river guide, for a close encounter with water in total safety!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Bagni di Lucca (LU) . A river guide will be waiting for us, who will provide us with all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, helmet, life jacket and water jacket. After dressing, we will participate in a technical briefing to learn how to conduct our packraft autonomously but always in coordination with the rest of the fleet.
Once we are ready, we will begin the descent of the Lima torrent by personally managing our course through the waves. We will paddle through evocative passages, facing jumps and energy-charged rapids, immersed in the wild nature of Tuscany. Stops will be made along the way to explore local waterfalls and enjoy the beauty of the river environment from a privileged perspective.
At the end of the navigation, after about 2 hours of activity in the water, a shuttle will take us back to the base in a few minutes.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours, including briefing, route and walking.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 10 and up; there is a reduced fee for children between 10 and 15.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in the activity, but good aquatic skills are highly recommended.
The activity is of an easy level and perfect for those who want to experience packrafting for the first time.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site and the meeting point can be reached by public transport.
At the base there are changing rooms with hot showers and toilets to freshen up after the descent. For your personal belongings, you will have lockers where you can store them safely.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
