Tired of the usual stroll through the town centre?
Jump aboard a single-seater packraft and get ready to explore the River Elsa in Colle di Val d’Elsa, in the province of Siena! Accompanied by a guide, you’ll paddle through currents, springs and small rapids, surrounded by stunning natural scenery.
Get ready for an hour of pure fun!
What we will do
Please arrive 30 minutes before the time stated at the meeting point in Colle di Val d’Elsa (SI).
Our guide will be waiting for us there and will provide us with all the necessary equipment: lifejacket, paddle and single-seater packraft.
After a technical briefing on how best to tackle the experience, we’ll board a minibus which will take us to the activity site in the Val d’Elsa Park in about 10 minutes. Here we’ll get into the water and set off on our descent down the River Elsa!
We’ll paddle through lush, unspoilt natural surroundings, navigating past cool springs, currents and fun limestone rapids. Along the way, the guide will point out the area’s natural beauty, and there’ll be time for short stops and a refreshing dip in the river’s natural pools.
We’ll disembark directly at the meeting point in San Marziale, where we’ll return the equipment. The activity will last approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for children aged 6 and over; those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children up to the age of 8 may ride in the same packraft as their parent, whilst those aged 9 and over will use their own packraft. Please contact the guide using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to specify the child’s age.
It is recommended that participants know how to swim.
On request, the activity can also be adapted for people with mobility issues or in wheelchairs: please contact the organiser using the contact details provided in the confirmation email for further information.

The programme runs from June to September.
Please note: any personal belongings must be left in your car, as there are no lockers available for valuables, bags or rucksacks. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point with only your car keys.
There are no changing rooms on site: we recommend arriving with your swimwear already on.
Dogs are not permitted during the activity.
Paid parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
