If you have always been fascinated by the world of horse riding but have never climbed into the saddle, ascenic horseback ride in Ragusa is for you.
This is a unique opportunity tobecome familiar with the horse, learn the basic manoeuvres to manage it independently and, at the same time, discover the beauty of the Ragusa countryside.
In fact, the 2-hour horseback ride will take you to a panoramic area, from which you will be able to observe a suggestive scenery overlooking the sea. What are you waiting for?
What we will do
We will meet at the time selected at the time of booking at the Ragusa stables, where we will get to know not only our guide, but also the splendid horses with whom we will be riding.
If this is our first horse riding experience, we will learn how to approach the animal and manage it with a few simple commands. Afterwards, we will leave the riding school grounds.
We will ride about 12 km on horseback along natural paths that will allow us to fully appreciate the beauty of the landscape around us. The horse-riding guide will lead us along lanes, beaten roads and the typical 'trazzere', the most important communication routes in Sicily in feudal times.
We will also pass through an abandoned stone quarry and an old masseria until we reach a scenic area from which the sea is visible. We will thus immerse ourselves in the history and nature of the place before returning to the riding school.
The total duration of the experience is 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone over the age of 14. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No experience is necessary to participate.
The weight limit is 110 kg.

The activity is available all year round, every day, and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
The location is in open country, so it is not possible to reach it by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
