Full description
Embark on anincredible day discovering the Sellaronda passes, an unmissable itinerary for all ski and mountain lovers.
Together with a dedicated ski instructor, you will ski around the Sella group in a carousel of interconnected slopes and passes that follow one another in a simply stunning panoramic setting.
Get ready for a spectacular ski tour in the Dolomites!
What we will do
Around 8.30 a.m. the ski instructor will pick us up at our hotel/residence in the Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL) area. Alternatively, we can arrange to meet at any meeting point on the road from Cortina to San Cassiano (BZ), which will be the starting point of our ski tour.
Once in the Trentino village, in the heart ofAlta Badia, we will have a briefing on the route and prepare to take the first lift of the day.
Here begins the ski tour that, slope after slope, will take us across the four Sellaronda passes, Campolongo, Gardena, Pordoi and Sella: a long loop itinerary that will end exactly at the starting point, after about 40 km of slopes.
At lunch, we will stop at a refuge to enjoy some excellent typical mountain dishes and recover the energy needed to complete the tour (lunch is not included in the participation fee). During the day, we will have the opportunity to stop when necessary, but always keeping a good pace that will allow us to arrive at the last lift well before it closes.
Back in San Cassiano, we will be taken back to the initial meeting point. The activity has a total duration of about 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate/advanced level and is aimed at skiers who are able to tackle red slopes with familiarity. Participation is possible from the age of 14 and up.
Other information
This activity can be carried out from mid-December to the end of March, every Tuesday and Thursday, subject to weather conditions and the availability of the ski instructor.
This activity is intended for pre-set groups of 1 to 8 skiers.
On request, it is possible to organise the outing on days other than those indicated in the calendar.
