Do you too fall under the spell of the board? Then you just have to take part in our SUP lesson with a qualified instructor lasting an hour and a quarter.
Learn the theory on land and then put it into practice in the water: try standing up on the board, balance your weight, find your balance and start paddling, with the constant support of the instructor.
One paddle after another, you will begin your SUP exploration in the sea at Cagliari 's Poetto Beach (and you won't want to stop)!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Cagliari. The lesson is divided into two parts: one part on land and one part in the water. This will give you the opportunity to become familiar with SUP and paddle before venturing out into the sea.
I will teach you how to stand up, how to keep your balance, how to balance your weight on the SUP and how to paddle correctly. I will first give you the theoretical knowledge on land and then we will practice it together in the water. Throughout the lesson you will have constant support from me as a qualified instructor. After my SUP lesson, this sport will have no more secrets for you!
When we are ready, we will venture into the sea of the Poetto Beach, in the beautiful seaside setting of Cagliari. One paddle after another, you will begin your exploration on SUP (and you won't want to stop).
The lesson lasts a total of an hour and a quarter.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age.
No previous experience is required to participate; the lesson will be commensurate with the participant's level.

The experience takes place from January to December.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund!
