Rafting Classic in Val di Sole for families

Experience the thrill of Rafting on the Noce River in Trentino, one of the most popular places for fans of this fantastic water discipline. With the Classic descent, you will navigate on one of the most enjoyable stretches of the river and suitable for everyone, even beginners and families with children.

You'll have fun in total safety and, accompanied by experienced and certified guides, you'll tackle rapids and stretches where the current runs wild. Between one splash and another, you will admire the splendid mountain landscape of Val di Sole on a day that will be a perfect mix of nature, sport and fun!

What we will do

We will meet at the rafting centre in Commezzadura, in the province of Trento. Here we will be welcomed by the guides who will provide us with all thenecessary equipment and explain the basic rules and safety regulations for carrying out the activity. At this point we will be ready to enter the fantastic world of rafting! We will board the centre's shuttle and all together we will head for the bank of the river Noce.

Before setting off, we will have a short theory lesson to learn how to use the paddle in the right way, and then it's off to adventure! The descent will take place in the upper part of the river, along a route suitable for everyone, which includes simple stretches to gain confidence at the beginning, which gradually become more and more exciting and fun. We will also experience theadrenaline rush of the rapids, an essential element of rafting, and of course there will be the opportunity to observe and contemplate the beautiful surrounding mountain landscape.

The activity lasts a total of 2 hours, of which about 1.5 hours in the water, and ends with the return to the rafting centre.

Who it is aimed at

This activity is at an easy level and is also suitable for beginners and families with children from 5 years old.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the time chosen for the activity!

Important!

• The price for children is for children up to 1.50 metres tall.
• In the vicinity of the most challenging rapids, children will be disembarked from the dinghy to transfer to the shuttle together with the centre staff and then they can either re-board the dinghy or be accompanied back to the centre and wait for their parents to arrive.
• In order to ensure minimum spacing in accordance with Covid-19 safety protocols, each dinghy may carry a maximum of 6 people, if cohabiting or belonging to the same pre-established group; a maximum of 4 people, if strangers.

This activity can be booked from April to September. Times may vary slightly depending on the organisational requirements of the rafting centre. Pre-assembled groups of at least 4 people may request to take the activity at times other than those indicated.

It will be possible to leave all valuables in the office. You will have the opportunity to purchase the photo shoot during the descent on site, but please remember to notify the instructor before starting the activity!

At the centre you will have at your disposal a five-a-side football and volleyball field, a beautiful picnic area by the river, restaurants and pizzerias at special prices, and a small and friendly farm, with donkeys, rabbits and baby goats: to the delight of children and animal lovers!

Recommended clothing

• swimming costume
• thermal shirt with long or short sleeves (no tank top)
• trainers or sandals (to get wet)

Don't forget to bring

Towel and change of clothes and shoes.
