Full description
While some people sip prosecco on their terrace at sunset, we find it much more fun to do so while rafting down the Piave River!
If you feel the same way, get ready to experience an hour and a half of pure river poetry in the Belluno Dolomites: in the company of our guide , you will face light rapids while admiring the surrounding landscape with the smile of someone who knows what awaits him halfway down: a very special toast!
What we will do
The appointment is at 17:30 at the meeting point in Cesana, a hamlet of Borgo Valbelluna (BL), where the guide will be waiting for us.
After the handover of the equipment (wetsuit, helmet, life jacket and paddle) and a short safety briefing, we will reach the starting point by transfer, i.e. Ponte di Bribano, in the municipality of Sedico.
Once on board the rafts, we will begin our descent on the Piave River, tackling the light rapids while listening to stories related to the history and traditions of the river. Halfway down, we will stop for a toast with prosecco at sunset, while the Belluno Dolomites turn golden and the sky reflects on the water.
The descent will end in Lake Busche near the meeting point, after an actual 1.5 hours.
The overall experience will last approximately 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 5 years of age.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in the activity.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first rafting experience.
Other information
The activity can be booked from April to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Rubber dinghies approved for 7 participants, plus guide, will be used for the descent.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
There are no changing rooms on site. We recommend arriving with your swimming costume already on.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
