Dive into the adventure par excellence, a river trek in one of the most beautiful and evocative landscapes of theTuscan-Emilian Apennines, just a few minutes from the city of Lucca. We will follow the course of the Lima torrent, enclosed in spectacular scenery between the Blue Lagoon and the charm of the canyons.
It will be a fun and adrenaline-filled 3-hour tour among natural slides, blue water, rocks and caves, perfect for those who love outdoor activities.

What we will do
The appointment is in Bagni di Lucca, at the meeting point indicated in the booking confirmation. As a certified guide, I will give a short briefing to explain the activity and safety rules, and I will hand over therequired equipment (helmet, neoprene suit, life jacket).
After dressing, we will proceed to the starting point of the river trek, right next to the headquarters of our association. We will walk in the Lima torrent along a 2 km route between dips, climbs, swimming stretches in the current and natural slides.
Famous for its springs, from which water gushes forth directly from the depths of the earth, the Lima torrent is surrounded by unspoilt nature, waterfalls, lush forests and caves. We proceed into the stream through a narrow limestone gorge: a veritable canyon with jumps of up to 2 metres in height (all optional).
In the final part of this exciting experience, you will visit the beautiful Blue Lagoon, with a pebbly beach from which you can dive. The waters of the lagoon are so clear that you can see the seabed at a depth of more than 10 metres!
At the end of the tour, we will return to our centre, with bathrooms and changing rooms available for changing.
The tour lasts a total of 3 hours, with an actual 2 hours and 20 minutes of river trekking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to all, aged 14 and over. A release form signed by parents is required for minors.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, but good health and good mobility are required.
Other information
The activity is available every day from March to October, subject to weather conditions and the water level of the stream, and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 participants.
Up to 50 participants are admitted, divided into groups of a maximum of 10 people accompanied by a guide. The groups will start slightly apart from each other.
Upon request , a professional photo and video service can be added to the experience at a cost of €80.
You can leave your car in the car park at the indicated meeting point: the association office is only a 3-minute walk away from it. Here you will find toilets and changing rooms where you can get ready for the tour and change at the end of the experience.
We recommend that you leave your valuables in the car.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
