The Maddalena Archipelago is one of the most sought-after places for divers worldwide. With more than 30 dive sites and crystal-clear waters that guarantee excellent visibility, La Maddalena is the perfect setting to contemplate the authentic flora and fauna of the central Mediterranean.
Set off from Baja Sardinia and discover the most beautiful dive spots in the archipelago, from Mortorio and Mortoriotto to the Lavezzi Marine Park. Qualified instructors will accompany you to ensure a memorable experience!
When booking, you can choose betweensingle or double dives.
What we will do
The appointment is at the diving centre in Baja Sardinia, in the province of Sassari at 8:20 or 14:50. On arrival, we will be welcomed by theinstructor and, after the handover of theequipment (not included, with the possibility of bringing your own personal equipment), we will be accompanied to the boarding point.
Afterwards, we will reach the chosen dive site. The Maddalena Archipelago boasts over 30 different dive spots, including Mortorio, Mortoriotto and the Lavezzi Marine Park. Here we will have a quick briefing with the instructor to go over some safety rules, then the first dive will begin.
Depending on the participants' licence, it is possible to reach a depth of between 18m (OWD) and 30m (ADV). During the dive, which lasts approximately 40 minutes, we will be assisted by the diving instructor to ensure maximum safety. Once we emerge from the water, an on-board snack with snacks and drinks (included) will await us.
After the break, we will set off again to reach the point of the second guided dive. Those who have chosen this option will be able to dive back into the sea while the others can share the experience they have just had or relax on board.
At the end of the activity we will return by boat to the diving centre's private jetty. The experience will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is intended for certified divers. The minimum age for participation is 10 years.
Other information
The experience is bookable from May to October, subject to sea weather conditions, and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Equipment is not included and can be hired at an extra cost of €30 (payable locally). Alternatively, you can do the activity with your own equipment, if you have it.
The experience is bookable from 1 May to 15 October, every day depending on sea weather conditions (timetable 9am-1pm or 3pm-7pm).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
