Go snowshoeing in Prato Nevoso and experience the magic of the mountains at sunset!
You will walk in the snow together with an alpine guide, through woods, snow-covered paths and the beautiful scenery of the Piedmontese Alps.
And since walking in the snow makes you thirsty (and hungry! ), the snowshoe hike ends in the best way: an aperitif in company, with typical products and a glass of bubbly.
What we will do
The rendezvous is at 5 p. m. in Prato Nevoso, a renowned winter resort in the province of Cuneo, where we will meet the mountain guide who will accompany us along the route and the rest of the group.
After a quick briefing on the route and having donned our snowshoes and retrieved our poles, we will be ready to begin our snowshoe hi ke. We will follow the guide through snow-covered woods and paths for a 60-75 minute walk in the beautiful setting of the Piedmontese Alps.
We will then stop to take some photos in the most beautiful and panoramic spots, taking advantage of the sunset light. We will also have a headlamp available, for when darkness falls.
Finally, we will return to the starting point, where a tasty aperitif of local cured meats and cheeses plus a glass of sparkling wine will be waiting for us (the aperitif is included in the participation fee) .
The activity lasts a total of about 2 hours (including initial briefing and aperitif) .
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of an easy level and is open to anyone in good health and used to walking in the mountains.
The minimum age for participation is 8 years.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes before the time chosen for the activity.
This activity can be carried out from December to March, depending on snow and weather conditions, and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.

You may bring your own dog on a leash, as long as it is obedient and does not constitute a possible hindrance. If you would like to participate with your four-legged friend, please inform the guide in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
