Full description
Set off on a 1.5-hour snowshoe hi ke in Prato Nevoso, in the province of Cuneo, and experience the magic of the mountains at sunset. You will walk in the snow with an alpine guide, passing through snow-covered woods and paths and admiring the beautiful scenery of the Piedmontese Alps.
There is nothing better than asnowshoe hike to enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains in winter, with its colours, scents and atmosphere at sunset. At the end of the snowshoe hike, you can enjoy an aperitif with typical products and a glass of bubbly.
What we will do
The rendezvous is at 5 p.m. in Prato Nevoso, a renowned winter resort in the province of Cuneo, where we will meet the mountain guide who will accompany us along the route and the rest of the group.
After a quick briefing on the route and having donned our snowshoes and retrieved our poles, we will be ready to begin our snowshoe hike. We will follow the guide through snow-covered woods and paths for a 1.5-hour walk in the beautiful setting of the Piedmontese Alps.
We will then stop to take some photos in the most beautiful and panoramic spots, taking advantage of the sunset light. We will also have a headlamp available, for when darkness falls.
Finally, we will return to the starting point, where a tasty aperitif of local cured meats and cheeses plus a glass of sparkling wine will be waiting for us (the aperitif is included in the participation fee).
The activity lasts a total of about 2 hours (including initial briefing and aperitif).

This activity is of an easy level and is open to anyone in good health and used to walking in the mountains.
The minimum age to participate is 8 years old.
To participate in this activity, the maximum weight is 100 kg; if you weigh 80 kg or more, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate your weight.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes before the time chosen for the activity.
This activity can be carried out from December to March, depending on snow and weather conditions, and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
