Enjoy asnowshoe hike on Monte Baldo, the mountain overlooking the Veronese side of Lake Garda, and admire the panorama as you walk on a splendid blanket of snow.
Snowshoes offer everyone the chance to enjoy the magical atmosphere of winter landscapes in total peace and safety, and children will love them too!

What we will do
The meeting with the mountain guide is scheduled 30 minutes before 10:00 a.m. at Novezza in Ferrara di Monte Baldo (VR).
Here we will be given snowshoes and poles and, before setting off, we will have a briefing on safety rules andthe use of the emergency kit (probe, shovel and artva, provided by the guides). We will then set off at around 10 a.m. to begin our snowshoe hike on Monte Baldo.
The route of the excursion will be chosen by the guide according to the snow and weather conditions and the average level of the group, so as to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We will reach the most beautiful viewpoints on Monte Baldo, following forest paths and snow-covered slopes totally enveloped in the silence of nature, with the possibility of admiring Lake Garda from a unique viewpoint.
Along the route we will stop several times to contemplate the landscape and listen to the guides' stories and descriptions. For lunch we will eat a packed lunch that everyone will have brought from home.
The activity lasts approximately 4 hours and ends with the return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of an easy level and is suitable for anyone used to long walks in nature. Participation is possible from the age of 12.
Other information
The experience can be booked from December to April on the dates indicated in the calendar and is confirmed when there are at least 4 participants.
This activity is strictly dependent on weather conditions. The guide will contact you 1 or more days before the event to confirm the feasibility and possible time of the experience after checking the weather report.
Leashed dogs are allowed, provided they are used to this type of snow experience. If you would like to participate with your dog, please inform the guide in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
