Full description
Live a unique experience in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Thesnowshoe excursion will allow you to explore the magical Val di Rhêmes, an enchanted place where you can rediscover contact with nature.
In the company of an expert guide, you will walk along a gentle path at the bottom of the valley, suitable for everyone, towards Lake Pellaud with the hut of the same name.
A pleasant emerald-coloured place, at about 1825 metres above sea level, nestling in a dense forest and surrounded by magnificent peaks. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The meeting point is at 10:00 a.m. in Rhêmes-Notre-Dame. Here we will meet the guide who will give us all the information about the route and hand over the snowshoes (included).
Snowshoes on our feet, we will immediately get into the heart of the hike, taking the path in the Rhêmes Valley that will lead us to the enchanting Lake Pellaud, with its green and transparent waters. The itinerary is simple and without technical difficulties.
We will walk peacefully on fresh snow along a route with 150 metres of altitude difference, through snow-covered forests and breathtaking views. The return can be done on the same route and, if we are lucky, we will be able to spot the typical alpine fauna that populates these valleys, such as white hares and chamois.
The activity lasts about 3 hours in total and ends with the return to the starting point.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
